NEW 90 day challenge...day FIVE

Feeling fantastic today!!! :)

Had a great breakfast this morning as always :) 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites

Meal 2: tuna with salsa and spicy brown mustard

Meal 3: almonds and dried cranberries

Workout:
7 rounds:
7 push press
14 toes to bar
:30 seconds rest between each round

Cashout:
max burpees in 1 minute

did all 7 rounds through. Push press with 75 lbs and still dont have the rhythm down on toes to bar but i got a few of them linked together now where i used to have to stop more often.

Total time was 16:36

did 20 burpees in 1 minute for the cashout

During workout: Go and Pro :) little combo action

Post workout: vanilla shake...like cake mix YUM!

Dinner: chili--all organic and homemade

Great day...shoulders are DEAD!!

Raw organic pumpkin seeds, raw organic sunflower seeds, raw organic shredded coconut, almond meal, sliced almonds, grape seed oil and/or minimally processed olive oil, local Kentucky unprocessed honey, and dried cranberries
