NEW 90 day challenge....day SIX

SO so so so sore.......

breakfast: same as always 3 whole eggs though 1 egg white, 4 pieces of bacon and some blackberries

Meal 2: tuna with spicy brown mustard, organic salsa and black olives

Meal 3: organic beef stew

Went to have 1st session with Dr. Tim today...definitely have some issues to work through...neck is misaligned, pelvis is tilted, shoulder is sitting in socket wrong, hip is misaligned...ohhhh boy!

Workout:
skill work--front squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD:
AMRAP in 8:00
7 1-arm kb swings each arm
9 box jumps
11 ab mat situps

Cashout:
mobility

Did the front squat with 100 lbs...up 5 lbs from last time!!

Did 5 rounds plus 4 kb swings on one arm total in 8 minutes. Used the 26 lb kb and the 24" box jump and did butterfly situps.

Felt good doing it...great WOD...i really liked that one.

During workout: GO with water

Post workout: Butterfinger shake

Meal 4: chili--all organic

Meal 5: egg whites with guacamole

I am definitely going to need tomorrow off...my legs are DEAD!!!
