NEW 90 day challenge....day TWO

Feeling good...not very sore for all the time i've taken off this last month so i'm excited for the WOD today!

Went to see Dr. Tim today for consulation...so i'm a mess that's what he said!! :) haha j/k he didnt say that...but my pelvis is tilted, i kick my leg out when i walk, i slash the air with my left arm and i have some one sided weakness...time to get to work!

Same breakfast everyday...no need to repeat

meal 2: same as breakfast--eggs, bacon, strawberries

meal 3: Kind Bar and dried cranberries

Workout:
5 rounds for time
7 heavy dead lifts
14 ring dips

started workout with box jump challenge...i ate it on the 34(?) inch box jump...gashed my leg...awesome haha didnt try the next one

Did workout with 135 for deadlifts which i was happy with. The rx weight was 185 (uh...yeah that's two of me baha) so obviously i'm not quite there yet. Also did ring dips with purple band.

Overall time: 9:30 (i think...i'm trying to remember on this one because i didnt write it down)

Dinner...egg whites which guacamole

Leg is sore from hitting it on the box but overall i feel good...hammies got a good workout :)
