Do i have to work for it?

We have wandered into this new societal way of life that i like to call "something for nothing." People are OK with sitting on their butts and letting the government, or more correctly, the tax payers pay for them to do nothing. This goes into the field of health as well. So often i hear people say..."can i lose weight if i dont work out?" or "if i workout, can i eat what i want?" And worse yet "that's too expensive"...when a shake that is more nutritious than their last 10 meals is only 1.87 with the option of being free and is cheaper than the last 10 meals also. People are great at finding ways to do nothing, at looking for excuses to exert as little energy as possible and to be as lazy as they want to be. Yet, they will spend 10's of 1000's on health insurance over the course of their life which they will inevitably need since they refuse to eat right and work out to ensure their health.

If you are in this category...take a look at what you are feeding your body because it truly does become a part of you...and more importantly, what you are teach your kids.
