I am using this site to track my progress with crossfit...SO....i will only be tracking life on here :)

I was very inflexible today so i'm really looking forward to getting it back and hopefully preventing more injuries. I also stretched a bit after, used my roller and drank LOTS of water...i feel re-freshed and detoxed!
