Day EIGHTEEN...i'm going to be a rowing machine

Foot is still good...in case anyone is wondering ;) Thinking about starting back with Dr. Mike for ART (active release therapy) to get working on my shoulders and this stupid foot...prob should make an appointment but i'm so darn stubborn!!

PS...this food is going to be very redundant for the next two weeks...but i'll keep repeating it!
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and truvia
Meal 2: 1 package tuna, 3 rice cakes
Meal 3: 1 package tuna, 3 rice cakes, 1/8 cup almonds
WOD: AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 15 minutes--400m run (and of course...i was the rower in the group) and 10 power cleans (and yay for not bruising my collar bone today!)...So, first round of 400m sucked...then the power cleans were not great form but i tried a much heavier weight than i've ever done before so it was trial and error...more on the side of error i guess. First 10 did 75 lbs...next found of 400m sucked even more...then the next 10 power cleans i did with 65 lbs (i think my form got a little better)...next 400m was well...sucky....then i did the next two sets of power cleans i did with 55 lbs and my form was MUCH better...i need to practice more! The fourth row was miserable...then fifth row i only made it to 200m before the timer went off to end...so i did 4.75 rounds in 15 min! not too shabby...i'm ok with that!
Prob should have stretched but i was tired and just wanted to get home today
Meal 4: lean ground turkey with onions, green peppers and ff balsalmic
Meal 5: 5 hardboiled eggwhites 1/4 cup blueberries
Meal 5: 4 hardboiled eggwhites
CASHOUT: holding a handstand as long as possible...definitely didnt stay in that as long as i could have...but i havent done a handstand in probably 4-5 years! Gotta work on that again...fun...like old times! :)

Great workout today...and the rows didnt REALLY suck...i just really need to work on my endurance :) Its getting so much better and i'm really excited about it! *g'night folks*
