OFFICIAL re-start to my 90 day challenge...day ONE

Back to paleo...
Back to crossfit...
I ate bad...
I feel bad...
READY to feel good again :)

So, ate the usual mmm yum eggs, tried out some turkey bacon (love it--need to get organic though) and strawberries for breakfast....ground turkey with green peppers for lunch....

Workout:
400 m run
21 pullups, 21 pushups, 21 situps, 21 air squats
400 m run
15 pullups, 15 pushups, 15 situps, 15 air squats
400 m run
9 pullups, 9 pushups, 9 situps, 9 air squats

this was an awesome WOD...liked the programming. I felt good through most of it but it was hard to do the runs after those air squats! I finished with a time of 15: 02 :) felt very good with that!

Lean ground turkey with green peppers for dinner
